How do the package savings work?

With a package, you receive preferred pricing on each session, saving $20 per session compared to retail rates and $5 off optional cupping therapy. You will receive a code with your package that can be redeemed at check-out to secure your appointment at no cost.

Do package credits expire?

No, package credits never expire. If service prices increase, unused credits will be applied toward the current price of services with the current retail rate of the service serving as the baseline.

Can I be refunded for unused credits?

No, package credits are non-refundable. If you cannot use your credits, we highly recommend passing them along to someone you know who could benefit from massage.

How do I schedule an appointment?

Appointments can be scheduled online by using the booking link at the top of the website.

How do I transfer package credits?

Give your friend the code provided upon purchase of the package and allow them to use it at checkout when scheduling their own appointment.

What is the cancellation policy?

Appointments may be canceled up to 24 hours in advance at no charge. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the appointment time are charged 50% of the session cost. No-shows are charged 100% of the session cost or one package credit.
