Shayna is a highly-skilled Licensed Massage Therapist who is deeply committed to the science of healing. Her journey began in 2012 with the advanced Master Bodyworker Program at the Florida College of Natural Health. Since establishing Arnica Massage & Bodywork in 2014, she has become a master of high-impact modalities, including Myofascial Release, Trigger Point, and Cupping Therapy.

The Evolution: A Dedicated Prenatal Focus

Building on a foundation of clinical excellence, Shayna has pivoted her practice to focus on her true passion: Prenatal and Postpartum wellness. As a Certified Prenatal Massage Specialist, Shayna combines her decade-plus of deep tissue expertise with specialized training designed for the unique needs of expectant mothers. This allows her to provide a rare level of sophisticated, safe, and effective care that addresses the specific structural changes of pregnancy.

Individualized Care, Locally Sourced

Shayna’s approach blends technical mastery with a soothing, individualized touch. To enhance the healing process, she exclusively uses massage oils that she hand-makes in small batches. When she isn't in the studio, Shayna finds balance through pottery, gardening, and exploring Orlando’s live music and culinary scene.
