How do the membership savings work?
As a member, you pay a preferred monthly rate that covers your primary session. You instantly save $15 per session as an Essential Member or $20 per session as an Ultimate Member compared to our retail rates. This preferred pricing also applies to any additional sessions you book that month.
What if I don't use my credit this month?
We value flexibility for your journey. Your credits roll over and stay active for one full year from the date they are issued. You also have the Guest Privilege, allowing you to transfer your credit to a friend, partner, or loved one at any time for no extra cost.
Is there a limit on unused credits?
To ensure we have space for active clients in our high-demand studio, we keep an eye on credit balances. If you reach 3 or more unused credits, we’ll reach out to help you stay on track with your wellness. If you hit 6 unused credits, we may pause or cancel your membership to open your spot for someone on the waitlist.
How do I cancel? Is there a contract?
There are no long-term contracts. Our membership offers sophisticated flexibility and is month-to-month. To cancel, just notify us via email or through the booking system at least 7 days before your next billing date.
What happens if my payment is declined?
If a card expires or fails, you’ll receive an automatic notification. You have a 7-day grace period to update your information before your membership benefits are temporarily paused.
What is the No-Show policy for members?
Because we reserve this time and specialized equipment specifically for you, we require 24-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in the loss of that month's session credit.
