How do the membership savings work?
As a member, you receive preferred pricing on your primary monthly session. Essential Members save $15 per session and Ultimate Members save $20 per session compared to retail rates. Your preferred pricing also applies to any additional sessions you book that month.
What if I don't use my credit this month?
We value flexibility. Your session credits roll over and remain active for one full year from the date they are issued. You also have Guest Privilege, meaning you may transfer your credit to a friend, partner, or loved one at any time at no additional cost.
Is there a limit on unused credits?
To ensure availability for active clients in our high-demand studio, we monitor unused credits. If you accumulate three or more unused credits, we’ll reach out to help you schedule. If six unused credits accumulate, we may pause or cancel your membership to open space for clients on the waitlist.
How do I cancel my membership? Is there a contract?
There are no long-term contracts. Memberships are month-to-month. To cancel, simply notify us via email or through the booking system at least 7 days prior to your next billing date.
How do I schedule an appointment?
Appointments can be scheduled online by using the booking link at the top of the website.
Can I purchase gift cards?
Yes, gift cards can be purchased directly through our website.
What is cupping therapy?
Cupping therapy uses gentle suction to lift and decompress the fascia and underlying tissues. This technique may help relieve muscle tension, improve circulation, and support mobility. It can be incorporated into sessions when appropriate for your needs.
Is your facility ADA accessible?
Yes. Our studio is accessible via elevator, and our extra-wide hydraulic table has a weight capacity of 650 lbs.
What happens if my payment is declined?
If a payment fails, you’ll receive an automatic notification. You have a 7-day grace period to update your payment method before membership benefits are temporarily paused.
What is the cancellation policy for non-members?
Appointments may be canceled up to 24 hours in advance at no charge. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the appointment time are charged 50% of the session cost. No-shows are charged 100% of the session cost.
If you are experiencing cold or flu symptoms, you may cancel at any time without penalty.
Can I receive a massage during pregnancy?
Yes. We are Certified Prenatal Massage Specialists with advanced training in trimester-specific techniques. Clients are welcomed in all stages of pregnancy, including the first trimester. Each session is thoughtfully adapted to support comfort, safety, and mobility as your body changes.
Where are you located?
Arnica Massage & Bodywork is located at 1320 N Semoran Blvd, Suite 210, Orlando, FL 32807 inside the Baldwin East building. We are on the second floor with elevator access.
What health precautions are taken?
All linens are changed between each client, and all surfaces are sanitized thoroughly. The treatment room is equipped with a HEPA air filter. We stay up to date on recommended vaccinations and are happy to wear a mask upon request.
What is the appointment cancellation policy for members?
Because your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you, we require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or missed appointments will result in the loss of that month’s session credit.
If you are feeling unwell, please reach out as soon as possible and we will take care of you accordingly.
Do you take insurance?
We accept HSA and FSA cards. Upon request, we can provide a detailed receipt for possible reimbursement through your insurance provider.
Do I have to remove all of my clothing?
No. You may undress to your level of comfort for table massage. You will be fully draped with a sheet at all times, and only the area being worked on will be uncovered. Your comfort and sense of safety are always the priority.
What is the parking situation?
There is ample free parking directly in front of the building. ADA parking and ramp access are available at the rear entrance.
Is there a place for my partner to wait?
Yes. We offer a private reception area with complimentary refreshments. This is ideal for partners accompanying you or for back-to-back appointments.
